If you have any questions or concerns about the program or organization of our courses, we encourage you to read the answers below. If you have additional questions, please contact us by phone and e-mail.

I am interested in the course. How can I sign up?

If you are interested in participating in the course, please contact us by e-mail or by phone. You can also sign up via the website platformedukacji.pl. At the first contact, we provide detailed information on available dates and the program of classes, as well as conduct a diagnosis of the participant's needs. This allows us to propose participation in the group at the appropriate level of advancement.

Can I also enroll my colleagues when registering for the training?

Yes, we anticipate this in our system. The person who registers for the training is marked in the system as an entity, and the other persons registered - as reporting to this entity. Optionally, they can also be saved as separate entities.

I want to train my employees. How to organize training for them?

We organize closed training courses for clients who want to train a group of their employees. Their scope, dates and location are tailored to the company's needs. If you want the Center to organize such training for your company, please contact us by phone or e-mail. Based on the information received from you about the qualifications and experience of employees, we will propose a training program and present a quote.

What payment methods does the resort offer?

Individual customers signing up for open training can pay using the link sent by the Center during registration, via PayNow / mBank, Przelewy24 or BLIK.

Business customers make payments based on orders, proforma invoices. Deferred payment based on an invoice is also possible, but only after appropriate arrangements with the Center.

When registering for the training, we ask customers to provide information about their experience in a given field. Thanks to this, we can assign each participant to a more or less advanced group. They differ in the number of training hours and the program, so that everyone receives the range of knowledge they need.

What is the cost of participating in the course?

We provide information on prices to clients who are interested in participating in the course and contact us directly. Prices vary for each training topic, price differences are also due to how much time is left before the course starts and how many places are left in the group.

The center organizes trainings where you can supplement these qualifications, for example in the field of electrical engineering - training from the first group on the operation and supervision of energy devices.

Can the course be held at the client's premises?

Yes, we can organize such a course at the client's request. We have the appropriate teaching staff, the statute of the Center also allows it. Yes, we allow you to take part in the course without leaving your home, using a computer, tablet or phone. We have our own training platform where we publish webinars - live lectures conducted by the Center's instructors. Webinars replace participation in the theoretical part of the course. What is included in the course program?

Details on the course of the classes can be found on the pages containing the descriptions of individual courses. Most of the courses include theoretical classes in the form of a lecture and a practical part. Students learn how to use devices, health and safety rules applicable to work with a given device, machine construction, rules of technical supervision, and behavior in the event of a failure.

What are the practical classes?

Practical classes take place with the use of devices and equipment to which the given training relates. They are conducted by the Center's instructor, who shows the trainees individual elements of the devices, teaches them how to use them safely, and shows how to prepare for work. All activities are aimed at preparing for the practical exam, which takes the form of a conversation with the examiner at the device. The teacher assesses the participant on the evaluation sheet, similarly to the exam.

Does the Center provide equipment during practical classes?

Yes, they are representative of the type of equipment being trained. For example, for movable platforms These will be type A and B platforms, self-propelled and slow-moving, scissor lifts and boom lifts. General purpose cranes, hoists and winches for tractors. For forklifts and telescopic loaders - regular counterbalance forklifts, operator's lifting trucks, variable-reach trucks and operator's lifting trucks with loads (Jungheinrich, Linde, Toyota, JCB brands). For courses in the field of overhead traveling cranes - gantry cranes. The equipment is available at the headquarters and branches of the Center, including training halls in Warsaw, Katowice and Krakow.

How many hours is the theoretical and practical part of the training?

The duration of the two parts of the course may be different for different groups. We organize classes at various levels of advancement. For inexperienced people, the courses are longer and cover the full range of topics required for the exam. People who only need to supplement and organize their knowledge can take courses with a smaller number of hours. The exact duration times are given in the descriptions of the individual course topics on the website.

Are the trainings and exams difficult or do the participants have to acquire a large amount of knowledge?

The scope of knowledge and skills transferred during the training is consistent with what is required in external exams. The amount of material to be assimilated is quite large and requires - apart from participation in classes - also independent study. To ensure high standards of education, we make every effort to ensure that the course program is always up-to-date and complies with applicable standards and regulations. The scope of issues discussed is agreed with the units verifying qualifications.

Is the cost of taking the exam included in the course price?

Yes, for those trainings for which an external examination is planned, the examination fee is included in the price.

Who conducts the exam and how?

The exam is carried out by the unit appropriate for a given field: Office of Technical Inspection, Transport Technical Inspection, Association of Polish Electrical Engineers, TUV or others. This is done by authorized inspectors.

The exam takes the form of a test with closed questions. Additionally, there is a practical exam to check the skills of operating the equipment, preparing for work, and complying with health and safety rules.

Does the Center organize the exam for students?

The center represents its clients in contacts with the examining body. He acts as an intermediary in setting the date, signs up for the exam, and sends reminders before its date. Thanks to many years of experience, we can plan the dates of the courses so that they are consistent with the dates of the exams. Usually, the waiting time for the exam is optimal - it is about a few working days, which is worth spending on self-study.

How can I additionally prepare for the exam?

For those who want to prepare well for exam tests, we enable them to perform mock tests on our training platform. There is a large database of questions prepared on the basis of publicly available sample test questions.

Passing the exam and obtaining the qualifications allows you to work on a given device, in accordance with the regulations in force in Poland. Most of the rights are of a temporary nature, after they expire, they must be renewed.

How long are the permissions valid?

Depending on the type of equipment and the unit issuing the allowances, they are valid for 5 or 10 years.

Before the end of the validity of the rights, the Center - if possible - sends reminders with information about the need to extend, if the student / entity has left their contact details, i.e. phone number and e-mail address.
