Altitude training

Welcome to training courses on working at heights at KURSO

If you would like to take a height course, we are available. By attending our classes, you can obtain a height licence, which is required to carry out work at height. On general health and safety regulations, work at height is work that is carried out on a surface at a height of at least one metre above ground or floor level. It is then necessary to obtain the appropriate licence for working at height.

The trainings cover, among others, the following issues:

  • legal and organisational requirements for work at height;
  • Identification and assessment of the risks of working at height;
  • equipment details;
  • safe organisation of work at height;
  • practical skills for working at height.

Upon completion of the training, we issue a certificate in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 11 January 2012 on continuing education in non-school forms (Journal of Laws, item 186). The validity period of the certificate is 3 years. After this time, it is necessary to attend a refresher course.

Training for work at height, otherwise known as mountaineering, is divided into:

  • rope access - teach the use of ropes at work both for ascent or descent and for belaying;
  • building access - relate to working safely on platforms, ladders, scaffolding, when it is necessary to climb up to a workstation on other parts of the structure.

Our qualified and experienced instructors will help you acquire the right knowledge and skills to work safely at height. Training courses are offered for employees of companies carrying out mountaineering work, as well as for individuals. By taking our courses, you can become such a specialist as an industrial climber and perform work as, among other things:
