PURPOSE OF OFFSHORE AND ONSHORE TRAINING
Offshore and Onshore training is organised for trainees wishing to start their career in the offshore, onshore and offshore industry. We have a wide range of equipment used on offshore and onshore platforms to help you obtain the required qualifications honoured in all European Union countries.
WHO IS CONDUCTING THE TRAINING?
At our centre, the training programme is led by qualified instructors, essential to meet the standards imposed by the offshore and onshore industry. These include:
- industrial climbers,
- divers,
- operators and maintainers.
THEMATIC SCOPE OF THE TRAINING
The range of topics on the course includes taking classes in theoretical and practical form. During the course, you will be introduced to the required topics in:
- applicable legal standards,
- the functioning of industrial organisations,
- the likelihood of risks occurring,
- health and safety procedures,
- drilling and extraction platforms,
- extraction of raw material deposits,
- the correct application of direct protection measures,
- use of basic machines and utensils,
- providing first aid,
- fire-fighting installations,
- safe helicopter flights.
EMPLOYMENT
Employees taking up positions in the mining industry will be required to:
- seabed and onshore oil production,
- exploration for the remaining valuable deposits on the seabed and onshore,
- working on oil rigs in compliance with health and safety rules.
CERTIFICATES FOR THE OFFSHORE AND ONSHORE INDUSTRY
Completion of the training gives the participant the opportunity to apply for certification, to the OPTIO organisation. It certifies the employee's ability to work on mining installations - offshore and onshore.
